I originally purchased this property in 2009 as a three bedroom, one bathroom house. After renting it for a number of years, and assessing the figures, it was apparent that I could increase monthly profits by making the house a licensed HMO.

The extension work involved adding two additional bedrooms. Re-structuring the original property allowed me to increase the size to five bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a large kitchen and utility room.

Due to high demand for single rooms in this area, I filled all five within a few weeks, and have found them incredibly easy to occupy.
