2005

First Carpentry Career

I started my carpentry career aged 17 with Kingerlee Construction Ltd, where I completed a three year carpentry apprenticeship.

2009

Sub-Contractor Job

Four years later, in 2009, I was made redundant, I was lucky enough to secure a job as a Sub-Contractor with a team of local carpenters. During this time I bought my first property, which I rented out for a number of years.

2013-2016

Hopcroft Developments Was Formed

Two years later I bought my first development project, whilst still working as a Sub-Contractor. It was during this time that I realised that property development was something that I enjoyed, and the profit I earned incentivised me to continue into property development.

A couple of years later I decided to start Hopcroft Developments , to focus on more development projects as well as carpentry and Project Management work for clients.

2017-2018

Dual Project Collaboration

After successfully completing several projects of my own, I was approached by a local property developer who wanted me to carry out all the work on his projects, we worked well together and completed 2 projects. While I thoroughly enjoyed this and could have happily continued it wasn’t benefiting me other than keeping me and my team in day to day work.

2019

Limited Company Formed & Invested In

At this point I made the company Ltd and sort after finding investment for my own projects. I was successful in doing so and for the last 3 years we have been working very well together and produced some fantastic properties and healthy profits along the way.

Hopcroft Developments specializes in bespoke property development and project management. With our years of experience, we are dedicated to producing fantastic properties and healthy profits. Our ultimate goal is to expand our success by taking on more projects across the Oxfordshire area.
