Purchased off market in 2021 as 2 separate buildings currently leased as offices in the heart of witney, our plan was to gain planning to convert the front building into 5 flats and retain the rear building as offices, our plan paid off and we were successful in gaining the planning on our first attempt.

Also funded by a private investor our plan is for Hopcroft Developments to buy out the loan on the front building with the investor retaining the rear for his portfolio.

With work due to start September 2023 these flats should produce a GDV of around £1.4M, hopefully producing a profit of £300k by the time they are complete.
