This barn was included in the purchase of the other barns that we developed on this site. Currently going through planning to convert into a 4 bedroom property to complete this set. We had the foresight to put all major connections in for this barn while we were working on the others to save the disruption of the site when we start the build.

We have an uplift value of £120k on the site once planning is granted followed by £300k in costs to build. Local agents have given us a resale value in the region of £750k, based on the site being worth £250k this should give us a good profit of £200k.
