Originally a two bedroom bungalow, I extended this to a four bedroom, three bathroom house.

A joint venture with my Parents, it took us two attempts to gain planning permission but we were successful in obtaining it.

We knocked the original bungalow down to three external walls and built it back up from there.

The property is on a large plot with spacious, open plan rooms. It was refurbished with a modern look and was finished to a stunning standard.

This project was financed with a mortgage and cash.
