Purchased as a part finished project originally started in 2007 by the farmers who owned them we successfully transformed these 300 year old barns into 3 fantastic properties. The barns sit within a listed curtilage so going through planning to change site layout and window finishings wasn’t the easiest of tasks. The properties ranged in price once sold from £550k – £750k.

We tried to keep the character of the buildings while giving them modern features including Air source heat pumps, under floor heating and superfast broadband. With no direct water or sewage connections near by the properties are fed by a borehole and waste is taken away via a Bio-disk system. This project was also sourced by myself and funded through a private investor.
