Originally an old allotment, we purchased this piece of land with planning from another developer who was looking to retire.

We built two stunning 4 bedroom properties on the site, changing the designed layout to create a more open plan kitchen/living area along with adding outside offices to enhance the value.

We secured sales on the properties before completion of the works.

This project was found by myself, and was funded by a private Investor.
