An impressive three bedroom detached property. We bought an existing house with a very large side garden and managed to gain planning for a detached property on the side. Once the existing property was refurbished and sold the plot for the new property came at minimal cost. This was funded with cash from previous projects. The property sits on the edge of a flood zone so we had to pile the foundations, which was costly but the project was finished on budget. A new build property, we created bright rooms and light, spacious living areas. An air source heat pump was installed for efficiency.
