A three bedroom, one bathroom property that was built in 1650.

This was a joint venture with a friend that was purchased from Blenheim Estates.

It was a completely derelict building that had been previously flooded, meaning that the door had to be broken down in order for us to gain entry when purchased.

A key feature tothis property was the driveway that we added. We overcame damp issues and were able to keep all original features, we added a conservatory to the rear of the property.

We completed a full refurbishment to a very high standard. The property was financed with a mortgage and cash.
